My start

I was always of normal weight throughout my childhood and could eat whatever I wanted. But with puberty, this changed, but I still remained normal weight as long as I was doing sports. I have already explained in detail how I first found my way to the gym.
After my three-year break from weight training, I gained over 10 kg during my apprenticeship and weighed 76 kg at a height of about 175 cm. With this weight on this body size, I was considered slightly overweight and my posture left much to be desired. I had been thinking about going back to the gym for a long time now because one of them had been reopened very close to me. When a friend asked me if we could start training together I agreed.
At the beginning, I focused more on weight loss and posture improvement but had no real interest in building muscles. On the contrary, I even made fun of the people who make faces when they train hard and well, now I guess I am one of them:) So I spent more time with conditioning and leg training and made a few machines for the back.
Slowly I saw the successes, worked hard and began to notice how much better you feel if you had a healthy diet. I began to lose more and more weight and finally weighed just 61 kg. Since I never had a target weight and I weighed myself less often, I finally lost so much weight. However, as the training became more and more fun for me and I wanted to try out more complex exercises, I had the new prosthesis made. At that time I had already tried bench presses on the multipress, but with the increase in weight, it became too unsafe for me, because the prosthesis was too big for me and the execution became more and more wobbly.
Finally, I can really get started. . .
With the new prosthesis, things went quickly uphill. In the first two weeks, I was able to increase my bench press weight by 7. 5 kg, also in lat pull and one-armed dumbbell rowing I was able to increase my weight massively. I started to try out more exercises, which I will cover in another chapter.
My weight went up slowly but stopped at 62. 5 kg. I wondered what I was doing wrong because I trained hard and didn’t see any success anymore. Out of this need, I started to inform myself in more detail, read reports, watched new exercises on Youtube and finally started to eat more and healthier.
Finally, my weight started to rise again! As it was very important to me because of my experience to feed myself mainly on nutrient-rich, unprocessed food, I then decided on a so-called „clean bulk“. This means nothing more than achieving a slight excess of calories with a healthy diet. Because what I knew now was that the heavier I got, the more I had to eat. Unfortunately, I have already wasted a lot of time in which I could build more muscles. I hope you’re spared this gross mistake!
The diet is still my biggest problem since I can’t eat large enough portions 3 times a day to cover my calorie needs, I have to cover my needs throughout the day. That’s not always easy, at least for me and you forget to eat something if you don’t feel hungry. But I am learning and working hard to get my nutrition better under control.
At the moment I am at 66 kg and try to eat between 2800 and 3000 calories daily. I haven’t reached my goal yet and hope to reach 70 kg by spring without increasing my body fat percentage too much. My tensions have become much better and my posture has also greatly improved with the specific training. The shoulder misalignment, which could be seen clearly in the first picture, is now completely gone!
